Polite Note on Appointment Policy
We can’t wait to welcome you and embark on your wellness journey together!
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with our appointment policies:

* 24-Hour Cancellation Policy:**
We kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations within 24 hours will unfortunately result in the loss of your deposit.
* Deposit:**
For new clients and certain appointments, a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit can be conveniently paid via bank transfer or PayPal. The deposit will be deducted from your final treatment payment on the day of your appointment.
* Late Arrivals:**
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten the treatment time. We reserve the right to refuse service if you arrive significantly late.
We understand that unexpected things can come up, and we’re always happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment if needed, as long as you give us sufficient notice.
