To ensure a smooth, safe and comfortable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with our appointment policies:
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that any cancellations or changes are made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will unfortunately result in the loss of your deposit.

Deposit
For new clients and certain treatments, a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. Your deposit can be paid via bank transfer or PayPal and will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule your appointment to avoid affecting other clients. If there is insufficient time to safely carry out your treatment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

Illness & Wellbeing
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please let us know before attending your appointment. We will be happy to reschedule your treatment.
As we work closely with other clients and patients, including those who may be more vulnerable, we kindly ask that you do not attend your appointment if you are unwell. This helps us protect the health and wellbeing of everyone visiting the clinic.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate you when sufficient notice is provided.
